To support the development of its activity, Snowmen is creating an account director position specialized in the 360° creation and management of flagship stores on T-Mall and JD.

You will assist premium French brands in establishing their e-commerce project in China and be their point of contact within the agency.

For this position with high potential for evolution, the candidate must be an expert in digital marketing, familiar with the T-Mall and JD ecosystems, and have already worked in a similar position within a TP based in China or Europe. Working directly with the founder of the agency, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the offers and the marketing of our company by identifying new opportunities, coordinating the actions of the different stakeholders, and ensuring the respect of investment criteria (commercial, financial, and technical).

Your experience or profile should highlight an excellent mastery of business development approaches.

As part of the creation of this position, your main missions will be:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both new contracts and customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships with existing and future customers.
  • Represent the company to strategic decision-makers in the market at professional events.
  • Maintain a network of prescriber contacts and decision-makers to fuel commercial and competitive monitoring.
  • Organize meetings with clients and prospects to promote our company’s offers in line with customer expectations and market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define an annual strategic development plan and operational action plans (management, commercial objectives, services, markets, commercialization, customer loyalty, prospecting), and implement it.
  • Identify development opportunities, respond to calls for tenders, and structure responses to calls for tenders.
  • Marketing of the offer: structure the service offering and pricing grids, develop commercial materials to present them, and lead the marketing approach within the operational teams (standardization of communications).
  • Reputation: organize and animate participation in professional trade shows and coordinate communication on professional social networks.

You will work closely with project managers based in France and the team based in China.

  • Top Business School, double curriculum in China and France
  • Perfectly trilingual, native Chinese, French, and English
  • Strong TMall Partners experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong experience in classic import and cross-border with the Chinese market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Flexibility, and initiative
