Antoine Peigner

CEO

With 25 years experience in digital communications and e-commerce, Antoine founded Snowmen in 2016. After 5 years in China as APAC Digital Director for Air France – KLM, he brings his network, strategic vision and broad experience of developing brands in China.

Chunmin Chu

Account Manager

With more than 8 years experience in digital and e-commerce project management between China and France, Min is a senior account manager who handles strategic projects for some of Snowmen’s key accounts including Breitling, Fermob, Longines and Carambar.

Brian Tan

T-Mall Lead

Through almost a decade’s work first in E-commerce marketing at Unilever and L’Oréal, then as brand manager at Alibaba Group, Brian has become an all-round expert of the T-Mall and JD platforms. He supervises our E-commerce projects including strategic planning, traffic acquisition, data analysis and shop management.

Xinxin Yang

Account Manager

Xinxin studied inter-cultural communication and project engineering in La Sorbonne university in Paris. She coordinated complex projects in France, China and Africa for more than 5 years before joining Snowmen. Today, she plans and implements online marketing campaigns and e-commerce solutions for our clients.

Guohua Lin

Traffic Acquisition Manager

Guohua has spent the first years of his career at top media agencies in China working for LVMH and Richemont groups. He has a unique insight in media strategy and data analysis with which he leads our multi-platform E-commerce traffic acquisition projects and social networks media campaigns.

Molly Li

Project Coordinator

Molly is a veteran coordinator with nearly 10 years of administrative and project support experience under her belt. A dynamic multi-tasker, she is the connection point for all our projects and she makes sure that every request is well taken care of.

Patience and a diplomatic mindset helped Albert succeed in multiple positions as E-shop customer service manager and social network community manager. He leads and ensures the quality of our online customer service.

Senior Graphic Designer

A think-out-of-the-box mind who has been working with French and Chinese brands for more than 10 years, Jing always finds the way to convey brand image through her graphic design from a cross-cultural point of view. Her work includes social accounts and E-commerce shop designs for our most prestigious clients.

Chloé Heinis

Designer

It is through her collaborations with communication agencies and advertisers in Paris and Amsterdam that Chloé gradually developed her specialty in visual identity creation and web design. She is the European-minded artist behind the distinctive digital visual designs of brands’ social accounts like Fermob, Justine Clenquet and Julbo.

Yi Shen

Junior Designer

Yi is a vibrant visual communicator who loves keeping an eye on the latest trends on Chinese social networks. She helps clients to create visual communication materials that are appealing to today’s Chinese consumers’ mindsets.

Chongyu Zhang

IT Manager

10 years experience in managing IT projects in a leading tech company in Beijing, Chongyu is our IT expert, knowing all about API, T-Mall/JD connectivity, WeChat mini-programs and WeCom backend solutions amongst others.

Customs and Legal Affairs Partner (VVR)

Expert in Franco-Chinese international business and trades, Minyu has been working for more than 10 years at VVR International, our partner in China who provides us with professional supports in customs and legal affairs for E-commerce projects as well as physical distribution solutions.

Juliette Zhang

Content Manager

An agile content producer and a passionate trend observer, Juliette spent more than 8 years as copywriting supervisor at Miniso (a Chinese Major). She masters the subtilities of Chinese language to convert brands and consumer insights into impactful texts.

After many years in an MCN agency serving 50 Chinese and international mature brands, Alfred joined Snowmen as our expert in KOL/KOC marketing and new media operations. Holder of a Master’s degree in Commerce from ESCP and Comparative Literature from Sorbonne, Xueyi worked for 5 years between France and China in Chinese e-commerce, on T-Mall in particular. She notably set up and led the T-Mall team for Fragonard perfumes in China.

Jia is a multicultural Gen Z, fluent in English and French. He had various internship experiences in digital marketing, E-commerce and social network operations in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Kuala Lumpur before joining Snowmen.
